什么情况下Order会变成CancelPending状态？

Order 变成CancelPending状态意味着平台尝试去取消委托，但是尚未从后端接收到任何响应（包括撤单失败的响应）。如果一个委托变为此状态一段时间并且该委托仍然未被撤销，那么手动的撤单是必须的。
